  • Frequent Urination - Frequent urination will occur in early pregnancy due to the swelling of the uterus. You will notice that you have to void more often. This will go on for the first trimester, lets up in the 2nd, and picks back up again in the 3rd

  • Breast Tenderness - Sometimes youŽll have breast changes in early pregnancy. These include tingling and soreness in the breasts and nipples, blue veins and possibly leaking nipples.

  • Lack of Symptoms - It is possible to be pregnant and have no pregnancy symptoms whatsoever. Every pregnancy is different.

  • High Basal Body Temperatures - If you are charting your basal body temperatures - you will notice a sustained thermal shift or even a triphasic level of temperatures when implantation takes place. Often a woman charting will know sheŽs pregnant well before she can see a positive home pregnancy test

  • Pregnancy Symptoms Masking PMS - Sometimes early pregnancy symptoms will mask PMS. You may have cramps, headache, moodiness and bloating and be in early pregnancy

  • Food Cravings / Aversions - As the hormones of early pregnancy begin to surge through the body - occassionally this will cause some food cravings/aversions. You may notice that suddenly youŽll want a certain food - or you may want to vomit at the smell of another

  • Fatigue - Fatigue is normally one of the first symptoms you will notice when pregnant. ItŽs the kind of extreme fatigue that will make you want to take a nap in the middle of the day.

  • Implantation Bleeding - Implantation spotting may occur if pregnancy has been achieved. This happens about 4 to 12 days after ovulation. This is a result of the egg implanting into the uterine lining which may cause a little bleeding. This does not necessarily happen with every pregnancy
